About me
Hi, I'm Sonia, a homeschooling mother of 2 children (almost 12 and 15 years old), writer, Founder and Director of a Transformed Mother.
In 2014, and for several years thereafter, I embarked on a journey to assist families using music and thematic approaches - using the multiple intelligences concept. My goal was to empower children, like yours, to discover and express their innate abilities and talents through enjoyable and educational activities and tools. As time went on, I expanded my activities to include teaching emotional intelligence, aiding children in finding balance, boosting their confidence, and supporting their overall development for a thriving and blossoming future.
Today, my focus has shifted more towards assisting mothers in transforming their parenting experiences. My aim is to help mothers experience more joy, enhance their confidence, reduce feelings of overwhelm and frustration in parenting, and ultimately, to have more harmonious family quality time.
A happier and more balanced mother can raise a happier child! And I'm here to support and guide you.

The Family Quality Time Quiz is a 28 pages document that includes an assessment of the multiple intelligences (the holistic version of IQ) , the explanation about those intelligences, the philosophy behind the document, 9 pages of questions (adapted for the family) - each of those pages is a theme -, then pages to analyze the results and explanation how to put in practice the results to enjoy better quality and bonding time.
The quiz is aimed for people between 2 years old and 108 years old. The questions can be adapted for the younger children too.
The quiz comes with a pdf file to download. You'll decide if you want to print it or just read it from your device.
There are 9 themes explored linked to the multiple intelligences, and each theme has 5 questions. The questions can be adapted for the younger children if need be.
The quiz is based on the theory of the multiple intelligences from Dr. Howard Gardner. The themes presented are inspired by those intelligences and are called intelligence centres. There are 9 of them in this quiz. For instance, the physical centre, the language centre, the visual centre...
The results are a snapshot of the current abilities & active interests of each person (adults and children) and isn’t an absolute test. It indicates a certain number of tendencies already well developed and others that are less expressed. You'll be able to understand your children more holistically.
The intelligence centres that have the most points designate the most natural, spontaneous, and expressed abilities that are developmentally on-track or often stimulated.
The results are given you pointers and offer more clarity on how to interact together better.
